Our Team is here to help you

Our team at the Martial Arts Performance Institute is dedicated to helping you reach your personal fitness goals. It does not matter whether you are a professional athlete, hobby martial artist or completely new to exercising.

Our dedicated team of coaches will find individual solutions for your needs, whether it is to improve your technique for combat sports or it is an overall improved physical preparedness for competition or skills training.

We offer help with weight cuts and preparation work for competition. We can also provide supervised training plans with in person check ups for people to train on their own time. 

Overall, the Martial Arts Performance Institute has helped me greatly improve my strength and conditioning. Having the right mental focus is also a crucial aspect for competitors. Phil and the team have assisted me with that a lot.
